The firm provides alternative dispute resolution services, including service as mediators and arbitrators to help businesses and individuals resolve disputes.

As arbitrators, we serve as a judge and resolve the dispute. As mediators, we serve as third party neutral to assist the parties reach a settlement of their choice after a thorough evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses, risks, and costs of the dispute. We believe it is our job to help you reach a settlement acceptable to you, and often work past the mediation, when necessary, to facilitate reaching agreement in difficult cases. In seeking to reach agreement, we are mindful of the importance of having an open forum for the expression of ideas, identifying obstacles to agreement and how those obstacles may be overcome, and identifying common interests, including business relationships between parties and the opportunities that relationship may provide to reaching resolution.
