At Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout, LLP, we have a big firm practice in a small firm environment. We take special care to develop our associates. We have quarterly reviews, in which strengths and opportunities for improvement are discussed and concrete goals are set. Each associate has a partner mentor who is available to discuss any matter. We conduct in-house training monthly on a variety of subjects and have an annual training program on some aspect of our practice. These have included interactive programs on negotiation, deposition, mediation and voir dire.
