Nannette S. Koger was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She received all of her legal education and training in Texas.
Nannette began her paralegal career in 1987 at Thelen, Marrin, Johnson & Bridges under the tutelage of Dick Schwartz. In 1990 she joined what is now known as Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout. Nannette took a break from her career in 2000 to raise her two sons and assist her husband, Doug Koger, with his law practice. She rejoined the firm in November 2008.

She has knowledge and experience in commercial liability, insurance defense, personal injury, age and race discrimination, wrongful death, patent law, fraudulent convenience, bankruptcy, DTPA and business development. Leslie A. Ohayon was born in Baltimore, Maryland and has received all of her legal education and training in Texas.
Leslie is an experienced paralegal who has worked in the legal field since May, 1991. She joined the firm in February, 2003. Leslie has civil trial experience in the Texas state courts and has knowledge and experience in insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, oil and gas, commercial litigation and computer-based research and case management.
Mitzie L. Webb was born in Burkesville, KY, and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas. She has received all of her legal education and training in Texas.
Mitzie is a paralegal with over 25 years of experience who has worked for insurance defense and commercial litigation firms in Houston. She joined the firm on April 21, 2003. Mitzie has extensive civil trial experience on the state and federal level. Her capabilities include research skills, document-intensive case management and knowledge of toxic tort defense, product liability, commercial litigation, securities fraud, insurance defense and premises liability. Mitzie also has extensive experience handling cases under the rules and procedures of the NASD and American Arbitration Association.
Annette E. Flores is a bi-lingual native Houstonian, born and raised in Houston, Texas. She has received all of her legal education and training here in Houston.
Annette is an experienced paralegal who has worked in the legal field since February 1982. Prior to joining Schwartz Junell in March 2006, she worked for other prestigious law firms in Houston. Annette has extensive civil trial experience in the Texas states courts and in matters of commercial litigation, tort, products liability, and premises liability. Her capabilities include strong computer-based research/management skills, high-level organization and intensive case/document management skills.
Mark Williams was born in Houston and received his paralegal certification at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, SC.
Mark is an experienced paralegal who has worked in the legal field since 1993, when he began working as a Legal Services Specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps. He joined Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout in November, 2007. Mark has civil trial experience in Texas, South Carolina and Pennsylvania state courts as well as knowledge of insurance defense, commercial litigation and federal appellate procedure. Mark's experience and abilities include strong computer-based research/investigation skills, legal writing abilities and case management skills.
Maria Fernanda Pereira de Souza Loll was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is licensed to practice law in Brazil.
Prior to moving to Houston, Fernanda was an Associate for the law firm of Bastos-Tigre, Coelho da Rocha e Lopes Advogados, in Sao Paulo, where she represented domestic and international clients in civil and commercial litigation, handling numerous real estate, health insurance and business-related disputes before the federal and local courts of Brazil, including the Supreme Court of Justice of Brazil.
Fernanda obtained her Law Degree from Universidade Candido Mendes (Rio de Janeiro) in 2004 and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Public and Private Law from the Faculdade de Direito Damasio de Jesus (Sao Paulo). She is now pursuing her Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) and has enrolled in the University of Houston Foreign Scholars Program with Certificate in International Law.
Fernanda was hired in April, 2009 by Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg and Oathout and has been assisting in complex litigation matters since then. Her capabilities include high-level organization and document management skills. Fernanda is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
Debra A. Woodruff - Native Houstonian, born and raised in Houston, Texas. She has received all of her legal education and training in Houston, Texas. Most recent accomplishment was receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in May 2009 from LeTourneau University, graduating magna cum laude.
