At Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout, LLP, we have a big firm practice in a small firm environment. We believe that every person should be treated with respect and dignity and every person should be accountable for their conduct. We strive to maintain the highest standards of the profession — excellence, civility, and ethical behavior. Consequently, we have high expectations of ourselves and each other.

We take special care to develop our associates. We have quarterly reviews, in which strengths and opportunities for improvement are discussed and concrete goals are set. Each associate has a partner mentor who is available to discuss any matter. We conduct in-house training monthly on a variety of subjects and have an annual training program on some aspect of our practice. These have included interactive programs on negotiation, deposition, mediation and voir dire.

We are proud to say that many of our clients, firm employees and lawyers have been together for many years and consider each other family.
